The Vampire Diaries is set to air an all-new episode on Channel 6 in Tempe this Thursday. On Monday, Wet Paintshared some of the latest comments made by Nina Dobrev about her character to MTV. She is the actress behind both Elena and Katherine on The Vampire Diaries. Nina Dobrev also spoke about her character Elena on the series. She says that Elena is trying to become more independent. The last two seasons she has leaned heavily on Stefan and Damon. With Stefan out of the picture for the time being, she wants to do more, but Damon and Alaric are keeping a tight leash on her.
As for her favorite hobby, she apparently loves to bake chocolate chip cookies. Michael Trevino and Katerina Graham are both a fan of her cookies. In fact, Graham won't even eat anyone else's chocolate chip cookies.
