Nina Dobrev’s 23rd birthday bash

On Saturday evening, friends and cast mates of The CW’s Vampire Diaries came together for a one-of-kind 23^rd birthday party for Nina Dobrev at Le Cordon BleuCollege of Culinary Arts in Atlanta.  The guests, including Ian Somerhalder, Steven McQueen, Candice Accola, Zach Roerig and Joseph Morgan learned how to prepare a delicious gourmet meal from Chef instructor Dan Harrar and President of Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta Dr. Glenn Mack consisting of:
·         Hors d’oeuvre: Thai Chicken Satay Kebab
·         Appetizer: Coconut Milk and Lemongrass Steamed Thai Mussels
·         Salad: Seared Salmon and Tuna Salad with Avocado, Beets and Lemon Vinaigrette
·         Dessert: Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
As a special treat, Le Cordon Bleu also surprised Nina with an amazing Vampire Diaries inspired cake made of Devil’s Food with raspberry jam and butter cream.  It looked like the actual diary from the show, complete with the mystical necklace Nina’s character wears.
