The outrageously beautiful and low key couple that is Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev were recently moments away from taking a leap in their relationship but ultimately left with an outcome far more catastrophic. In Touch is reporting that Ian, 33, proposed to Nina, 23, over the holidays and she said NO! That movie date night The adorable couple dressing up for Halloween Violence in their area while filming TVD Clearly this should have been the easiest decision she'd ever have to make in her life but in a baffling move she turned him down. Why? Is he not rugged enough? Is he not perfect enough? Apparently, she ultimately declined the offer (that so many diehard fans would say yes to in a second) because of her young age. Really? Yes. An insider says, "She is freaking out, saying, 'I don't want to marry him!' She thinks she's too young, and with all the offers she's getting, she's poised to be a big star. They were having fun, and now there's a lot of tension." This much is true. She really is young and she probably thinks that her career will just continue to get bigger. But she's still filming the CW series with him and the high ratings clearly show that it's not stopping anytime soon. Weren't their feelings strong enough whereas she would have said yes? If Nina felt uncomfortable saying no than the future doesn't seem all that bright for the duo in the long run. With tension and an already bought and unworn ring, the couple may have just taken their last curtain call in this relationship. --
