8 p.m., CW/CHANNEL 11: The Vampire Diaries — Klaus (Joseph Morgan) uses violence to make his point to Damon and Elena (Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev) that he’s serious about getting the bodies of his family members back from Stefan (Paul Wesley). Tyler (Michael Trevino) discovers that being a hybrid has its pros and cons. Jeremy’s (Steven R. McQueen) attitude has Elena and Alaric (Matt Davis) fearing for his safety in the new episode "The New Deal."
9 p.m., LIFETIME: Project Runway All Stars — This new incarnation of the series boasts no Heidi Klum, no Michael Kors, no Nina Garcia and — gasp! — no Tim Gunn, but familiar faces abound. Designers from seasons past return, including Mondo Guerra, Austin Scarlett and Sweet P. The villainous Kenley Collins is back to battle, too. Taking the reins from Klum & Co. are model Angela Lindvall as host, Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles as mentor, and designers Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman as judges.
10 p.m., HISTORY CHANNEL: Big Shrimpin’ — It’s been a challenging season, and as the captains make their final run and head back to port, they all have something to prove to themselves and one another. Roundhead wants reassurance that last season’s success wasn’t a fluke. Bullfrog is eager to prove that a young guy can hold his own with the veterans. Redbone has had to cope with losing his father. Find out who had the best summer season in the new episode "The Fleet’s Fortune."
