Is it a little weird for Elena to be living with the history teacher?
Nina Dobrev talked to Aol TV recently about
some of the things going on as we get into Season 3, including Elena’s complex relationship with Alaric Saltzman. She also answers questions about life for Elena and Jeremy now that Jenna is gone and whether or not it’s weird for Elena to have Bonnie dating her brother.
What’s going on with her relationship with Alaric?
Elena’s relationship with Alaric definitely shifts. To begin with, he’s her teacher/step-uncle/dad/question mark/now-dead aunt’s friend/ex-boyfriend? It’s just really complicated, and they both know it and it sucks. We kind of lived together but we kind of don’t know each other and then we see each other at school. It’s just a really uncomfortable situation, but luckily Matt Davis is fun to work with. He’s crazy, but it’s always fun.
