As for the show,it’s going to pick up with some more intense,drama in episode 8 when Alaric,Elena,and Bonnie try and figure out what those weird,cave symbols mean so they can defeat the evil Klaus.

Meanwhile, in a different part of the episode, Elena does something to really piss off Klaus’ sister Rebekah because she goes off and slams Elena up against a wall. However,she eventually calms down and reveals more of her past to Elena where we’ll see Klaus’ mother Esther for the first time. Episode 8 airs Thursday,November 3rd.
